"I was shopping for car insurance which was so stressful. After sending out quote inquiries, I immediately received a follow up email with a quote from Rosanna Nava at Henry Rodriguez – State Farm Insurance. The prompt reply impressed me so much that I drove there after work. As I entered, I was very impressed by the beautiful decor of the office. I was immediately greeted and welcomed by Mr. Yuri H who offered me a bottle of water. I explained why I walked in with no appointment. Ms. Nava was finishing up with a meeting, but Mr. Yuri and I had a nice conversation about the agency and food (lol) while I waited a short time for her. Ms. Nava was friendly, professional, very thorough, and patient with me. She answered all my questions, listened to my needs and concerns. She found a great policy for me, at an affordable rate which also included some qualifying discounts. She also suggested an additional (and very useful) policy which I also added. Later, THE MAN HIMSELF, (lol) Mr. Henry Rodriguez came by, introduced himself and of course, I gave him a hard time about his nicely decorated office and the great photos of him on all of the State Farm documentation, website etc., it’s very classy!
You can tell they love what they do. They care about their customers! Yes, even a potential one!
Ms. Nava’s follow up email got me in the door. Henry’s picture on the signage website peaked by interest because he was really dressed up in those photos! The beauty of the office was impressive. Yuri kept me occupied (babysat) while I was waiting. (lol) and did not let me walk out that door. Rosanna got me signed up for two great policies with the coverage that I needed, at an affordable price. They gave me a new customer welcome gift as well. They are very classy and I love it!
